Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC) Selects EconSys’ FedHR Navigator HR Enterprise Solution

FALLS CHURCH, VA, February 16, 2016 – Economic Systems Inc. (EconSys), a federal human resources (HR) software provider, is pleased to announce that the Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC) has selected the EconSys’ FedHR Navigator for its Fleet and Family Readiness (FFR) Programs. CNIC services all non-appropriated fund (NAF) employees who work for Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) activities and programs. The 5 year contract includes the PD+ Position Classification, Recruitment Request, Forms Manager and Federal Hiring Management (FHM) modules as well as options to acquire additional functionality of its premier HR Enterprise solution. The total contract amount over 5 years, if all options are exercised, is valued at over $1.9 million.

FedHR Navigator, the latest innovation in Federal HR software from EconSys, is an enterprise system that supports all Federal HR functions, including workforce planning, position classification, recruitment/hiring, on-boarding, benefits, performance management, training requests, employee relations, and retirement/separation actions. Managers, employees, and HR experts now have the one tool needed to automate the entire business—from Hire to Retire.

This new functionality will provide the CNIC with the capability to manage and document actions associated with its positions, as well as to quickly process, manage, and document all steps associated with its hiring actions. The PD+ module includes all documents related to positions, including those required for the hiring process. The FHM module, designed specifically for the Federal government, is fully integrated with PD+ and also has full integration with the Office of Personnel Management’s USAJOBS site.

“Our FedHR Navigator offers Federal agencies and their customers a comprehensive, integrated tool covering all areas of human resources management. CNIC organizations have used our solution successfully in the past and we are excited that they recognize the value of expanding this capability to all CNIC Regions,” stated George Kettner, President of EconSys.
