Consultants
Currently, we do not have an opening for the Management
Consultant position. However we always look forward to
adding qualified individuals to our management consulting
team and we encourage candidates to send their resumes

Typically the qualifications we seek include: BA/BS degree
or higher in a quantitative discipline; possess strong
analytical and modeling skills; have excellent writing,
communication, and presentation skills; be able to work
under deadline pressures; have ability to work well alone
and as part of a team.
Background in computer programming (e.g., VB, C++, Delphi,
Java) and statistical software (e.g., SPSS, SAS) is a
plus.
Experience in one or more, of the following areas is required:
business process modeling and optimization, health economics,
public policy, economics, statistics, and/or survey design
and analysis.

Retirement
and Benefits Specialists
We look for individuals with experience in Federal Retirement & Benefits Counseling, OPF reviews, and coverage determination.
Key responsibilities include managing and administering
a comprehensive employee benefits and wellness program
and providing support to other work-life and employee
morale programs ensuring service quality and compliance
with appropriate laws and regulations.
Requires solid knowledge of benefits programs, and human
resource policies and practice; strong teaming, collaboration
and presentation skills along with strong attention to
detail and accuracy. Excellent communication skills, analytical
and project management skills are also required.

Human
Resource Consultants
Our HR Consultants need a demonstrated ability to design
and implement strategic HR initiatives to enhance organizational
capabilities to meet business goals and objectives for
clients. Experience in HR administration, employee relations,
performance management, compensation and benefits, position
classification, pay administration outplacement and career
transition, recruitment, training and development, EEO,
mediation and ADR in the Federal sector is required.
Qualified candidates will have a bachelor's degree in
business, management, organizational development, human
resources or a related subject. Graduate degree and/or
Human Resources certification preferred.

Implementation and Support Specialists
EconSys develops and hosts an HR application for it’s
Federal government clients. The software is web-based
and delivered in an application service provider model.
We are looking to support this effort with an employee
with the following skills:
• Oracle
PL/SQL skills. Ability to develop stored procedures, reports
and complex
data translation scripts to load customer data into our
database.
Experience in quickly and efficiently writing queries
to retrieve
and update data. Some Oracle DBA experience also required.
• Communication
skills - Candidate will be responsible for discussing
implementation
requirements with new customers as well as providing
technical support to all customers and should therefore
have excellent
written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge
of networking including windows operating systems, IIS
web server,
application servers (JBoss, Tomcat, BEA, WebSphere, Oracle
iAS), TCP/IP and security issues.
• Programming
using Java Server Pages, Servlets and Struts highly desired.
