EconSys developed the Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey (FEVS) Reporter and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) Reporter tools for EEOC’s Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer (OCHCO) Diversity and Inclusion Program (DIP). The workforce analytics tools enable OCHCO and data management staff to combine and compare workforce data, present it graphically to see historical trends, and run “what-if” scenarios.
EconSys provided litigation support to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in age, race, and sex discrimination cases as labor economist and database management consultants.
